My daughter, Abby, bought me this Chemex coffeemaker for Christmas and I'm yet to master it. Lots of steps! This pot took 30 minutes to make from warming up the water on the stove to grinding the perfectly weighed beans to pouring in 100 grams of water at a time. And then it was too strong. I'm not giving up yet though.
