I'm not a good cook. But I try. I love trying new recipes. The problem is they're often a flop. This time it was IP Steak Fajitas. Tastes more like a beef strew, but you eat with your eyes, right? So I piled on the avocado, pickled onions, sour cream, and cheese. Success...I don't think anyone else will eat it, so it's a good thing I figured out how to make it taste good. :)
